His recommendation on home improvements, staging & pricing were spot on, resulting in a viable offer on the property within 24 hours of going on the market. Being overseas during the initial negotiation of the sale, Mr. Wyers maintained contact guiding us through the process. His enthusiasm and professionalism made an overwhelming process of clearing out an avalanche of "family treasures" prior to the closing day very tolerable.
